So, I’m sure many of you have either seen or heard of an awesome concept known as Open Track Days circulating through Social and other forms of media. Taking place at various race tracks around South Africa, it allows anyone and everyone to come down to the track with their ride and put some laps in.
Following my previous post where the VW Group and Audi had showed their intent to purchase struggling motorcycle brand Ducati, the German car giants have made their move and closed the deal, making Ducati the 12th brand to the its portfolio of cars, trucks and ultra-luxury vehicles!
So, after the last epic hike petrol in the petrol price by 71 cents per litre in South Africa, I found myself thinking…is this ever going to stop? We as motorists have become so use hikes in fuel price over the last few months that any hope of it coming down is forgotten…we just want to at least remain constant! So this begs the question: What can we do to somehow save costs on motoring and fuel bills in this ever increasing world of fuel in SA. My answer. go out and get yourself a scooter!
